Bulgur wheat is a nourishing and lovely grain to make into a delicious breakfast porridge. This is a great recipe to try during the fall and winter to calm vata dosha, but you can eat it all year by changing up the spices for the seasons.
There are two methods to make this porridge. The first is to simply pour the water over the ingredients and let them sit overnight (great for the warmer months) or you can cook it for 15-20 minutes on a stovetop.
