Our goal at Hale Pule is to make the teachings of Ayurveda and Yoga accessible to anyone. This inspired us to launch a new – free – monthly podcast.
We’re calling it Everyday Ayurveda and Yoga and our first episode is live at the end of January. Myra Lewin, the founder of Hale Pule, will host the show along with Kelsey Brusnyk, Myra’s longtime student. We’ll cover in-depth topics relating to Ayurveda and Yoga and share ways to make the teachings come alive in your daily life, no matter where you are on this journey.
This podcast is like having a practitioner in your pocket – ready when you are. Now you can listen to Myra and the Hale Pule team on your way to work, during your evening walk – whenever is convenient for you. We’ll post monthly – the third Tuesday – so you can get a regular download of Ayurveda and Yoga.
