Favorite Asana: Surya namaskar, sun salutations. The focused use of my breath to move my body increases my consciousness and ability to feel my energy. I feel so much more connected to my truth and can experience joy in anything that life presents when I have awareness of the energy that I am. Yoga truly is a gift.
