Agnihotra, a purifying fire ceremony, is one of the most powerful practices you can do to heal your environment and support everyone who lives in it. At Hale Pule, we practice agnihotra at sunrise and sunset each morning to purify the land and ensure an abundant harvest from our organic farm, Durga Farms. In just three years, Durga Farms at Hale Pule transformed from a barren agricultural wasteland into a lush and thriving farm.
Anyone can perform agnihotra and be part of healing the planet. The kits below provide the vessel and tools. You just need rice, ghee and a place to perform the ceremony. Learn how to perform agnihotra.
We offer two kits for different climate – one for warm weather and one for cool weather places. They are exactly the same except for the spoon used to make the ghee offerings, as ghee is solid when cold and liquid when warm.
- A copper pyramid specifically designed for agnihotra.
- A copper offering dish.
- Copper tongs for handling the cow dung.
- A copper spoon for handling ghee (note that the delicate spoon for warm weather may break if you use it with solid ghee).
- A zip-up travel bag with a shoulder strap and storage for everything you need for agnihotra.
