I am an Ayurvedic Health Counselor as well as an acharya for the AHC and AHA trainings at Hale Pule. I support people all over the world, in all stages of life as a Health Counselor, educator and teacher. I have officially been part of the Hale Pule team/family since 2020.

What inspires me:

Guiding clients and students on their journey with Ayurveda, through simple, manageable steps.

Remembering Ayurveda is for everyone, whatever stage of life or location on this planet.

Working with a supportive, global team who practice integrity.

Being guided by a committed, wise and authentic mentor.

Continuing to learn, grow and laugh.

My journey:

I have been integrating Ayurveda into my life since 2006 when I discovered it, partly by accident, whilst in India. At the time, I felt moved by Ayurveda’s simple wisdom. Something resonated deeply and I knew inside I would explore more.

Growing up in a male-dominant, business-focused family influenced my choices in early adult life. I had pursued a commercial career in law and later recruitment. I moved away from what felt natural such as creativity, arts, teaching, nature, healing. I was stressed and suffered from various health conditions.

After the 2006 visit to India, I began to carve a path of healing and self-inquiry. Over the months and years that followed, I trained as a yoga and meditation teacher, continued to study Ayurveda and subsequently trained as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor.

In 2015, in India, I met Myra and was introduced to Hale Pule. And so this journey began. I am a graduate of Hale Pule’s Ayurvedic Health Counselor program, Ayurvedic Chef training and Treatment Therapist training.

Today, I live in the UK with my husband, spending time both in city and countryside with family and animals. I enjoy nature, musical instruments, bringing community together, art, teaching, cooking. Overall, I enjoy life!

I am a perennial student of Ayurveda, Yoga, Vedanta and Sanskrit. Travel to India each year is part of my continuous learning.
