Refund Policy

Our goal is to leave you satisfied with any service or product you purchase from Hale Pule. If you experience any issues with or have questions about our programs, services or products, please notify us as soon as possible so we can remedy the situation.


Consultations and treatments

From the time of purchase, you have a 6 month window to complete your consultation. We recommend scheduling sooner than later as availability times fill. Consultations which are not booked and completed within the 6 month timeframe are not eligible for a refund.

If you have to cancel a consultation or treatment, email us at least 72 hours before your appointment to get a full refund (less any processing fees) or to reschedule. Cancellations made within 24-72 hours of the scheduled appointment or less will be refunded 50% of the fee (less any processing fees). Cancellations made within 24 hours or less are non-refundable.

In person Trainings

A nonrefundable $500 deposit holds you space in a training or retreat. If you experience extraordinary circumstances that prevent your attendance (illness, family crisis, etc.), please notify us at least one month prior to the event and we will apply your deposit to another event within two years. No refund is provided after arrival.

Hale Pule reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances that would make the event nonviable. If Hale Pule cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to apply the deposit and any funds paid for that event to a future event.

In person Workshops and Immersions

In person workshops and immersions are nonrefundable. If you experience extraordinary circumstances that prevent your attendance (illness, family crisis, etc.), please notify us at least one month prior to the event and requests will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Hale Pule reserves the right to cancel an in person workshop or immersion due to low enrollment or other circumstances that would make the event nonviable. If Hale Pule cancels an in person workshop or immersion, registrants will be offered a full refund.

Panchakarma Home Therapy

Panchakarma Home Therapy is nonrefundable, and the treatment must be completed within 6 months of purchase. It is possible to reschedule the treatment if we are notified by email at least one week prior to the beginning of the program.

Digital Products, programs, membership, and online trainings

All online products, programs, memberships, and trainings except for Agni Therapy* are nonrefundable.

Agni Therapy is subject to our 7-day money-back guarantee. If the purchaser is not satisfied with the program, they may request a refund in writing within 7 days of purchase.

*For Agni Therapy, the refund will be offered for the full value of the course less the value of an Ayurvedic Health Consultation ($238 USD) if the consultation has already occurred during the 7-day period.

PAYMENT PLANS

Some products or services on our website can be purchased via a payment plan. The terms of the plan will be either 6, 12 or 24 monthly payments. If you choose the payment plan option, the payment terms will require one month's payment immediately upon purchase, and subsequent monthly payments for the duration of the payment plan, until the balance is paid in full. 

A payment plan is a financial commitment that must be honored in its entirety, regardless of your course participation or completion status.
