Ayurvedic tools and practices for transformation

Ayurveda and Yoga have been around for more than 5,000 years now, but for much of this time, women were completely excluded from practicing. This has changed now and it’s our mission to share these sacred wisdom teachings with women from all around the world.  We’ve been able to reach and teach thousands of people how to reclaim their natural state of health, find balance and become their own healers.

So what are these transformative  practices of Ayurveda and Yoga?

Yoga: Calms your mind includes asanas, pranayama, meditation, mudra, mantra, and more.  You only need a Yoga mat and some instruction.

Diet: There is a saying in Ayurveda: If the diet is poor, medicine will be of no use.  But when the diet is good, there is no need for medicine.  At Hale Pule, we teach you how to turn your food into medicine so that you can heal naturally.

Eating Ayurvedically is not complicated or expensive.  You only need some simple traditional kitchen tools to make your Ayurvedic kitchen beautiful and fun. Once you have these items, all you need to bring a healing diet into your life are whole grains, legumes, fresh vegetables, and a loving attitude.  We will teach you how.

Lifestyle: We teach you how to create a dinacharya, or a daily routine that will transform your life.  You will expand into undiscovered parts of yourself, as you get consistent with the routine and  dive  deeper into Ayurveda.

Sleep: Strong immunity and good physical and mental health depend on good sleep.  You can learn to quiet the mind and self-soothe with a supportive routine. You don’t have to suffer from poor sleep.

How to get out of your own way.

Sounds simple and straightforward right?  It really is, but reading about it and putting it into practice are two different things. Many people have all the tools but resist using them.  They wake up full of good intentions but somehow can’t seem to unearth and unroll that Yoga mat or take the next step to change their lifestyle.  At Hale Pule, we are here to help you transform those obstacles into medicine and release the resistance.

Here are five simple steps to your path to transformation.

  1. Be in gratitude: Be in the deepest appreciation to the masters of Yoga and the vaidyas of Ayurveda, who have made it possible for us to reignite this natural, holistic way of living. Receive the practices as gifts to be enjoyed, not chores to be endured.

  2. Be in the clear:  Use Myraji’s Intuitive Energy Practice (IEP) to clear away the blocks that get in the way of your practice. By clearing old or stuck energy from your chakras, aura, and physical body, you can begin to see a brighter and more clear side of yourself.  Here is a free Intuitive Energy Guided Meditation for you to download and practice, or book a healing session with Myraji.

  3. Be in the know:  Tap into the wisdom teachings with training or healing that will take you deeper into the transformative energies of Ayurveda.

  4. Be in your body: Take action. Just one small baby step will do. Move out of your thinking mind, and embody your intentions. Practice makes progress, not perfection.

  5. Be in the community:  Join us in the Sangha, our sweet free community.  You will find inspiration, support, wisdom, new like-minded friends, and a sense of belonging.  You really do become like the people you spend time with.
