Yoga consultation with Myra (60 minutes)

Yoga was traditionally taught in an intimate setting, where one student would learn from one teacher ways to deepen their practice. Hale Pule’s Yoga consultations bring that ancient tradition to your home.

We offer private Yoga consultations, for individuals or small groups, in person, through web conference or telephone that can help you build a stronger foundation in your understanding of Yoga as a way of life.

Yoga consultations will include asana, pranayama, mudra, mantra, Intuitive Energy Practice, study of spiritual texts and more, based on your interest.

Consultations are nonrefundable. From the time of purchase, you have a 6 month window to complete your consultation. We recommend scheduling sooner than later as availability times fill up quickly.
